Your PDF remains yours
When you choose Print or save PDF, your browser creates the printable copy for you. LifeInsuranceOpedia does not receive a copy. You decide whether to print, save, share or delete it.

Optional AI assistance is under your control
If you use an AI-enabled browser and ask it to read or explain the estimate, the current calculated results can be provided to your own AI session for that request. This is optional and does not create a LifeInsuranceOpedia record or sales lead.

No special software is required
A normal browser on a trusted personal device is appropriate. A private or incognito window is an additional option on a shared device, but it is not required to use the calculator privately.
WHAT IS NOT SAVED
Your calculator answers are not placed in storage
The calculator does not save answers in a LifeInsuranceOpedia server or database. It also does not intentionally place your answers in cookies, local storage or session storage.
WHILE THE PAGE IS OPEN
Your browser temporarily displays your entries
Information remains visible in the open page so the estimate can update. Resetting the form, refreshing the page or closing the tab clears the calculator. A browser may briefly restore a page with its Back button, and its own autofill settings may remember a name.
ORDINARY WEBSITE RECORDS
Normal visit information may still exist
As with most websites, hosting and security systems may record routine information about a visit, such as the time, browser type and internet address. Those routine records do not contain the calculator answers because the calculator does not submit them.
SHARED DEVICES
A few simple precautions provide extra privacy
On a shared computer, consider using a private window, avoid saving a PDF to the device, select Reset form when finished and close all private windows. On your own trusted device, ordinary browsing is generally sufficient.
NO SOLICITATION
Your estimate is for you.
Using the calculator does not authorize LifeInsuranceOpedia, Shaw American or another financial professional to contact you. If you later choose to contact a professional, that is a separate decision you control.
